AWARDS
Best of Show, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 10 Merit Awards will be given.

SALES
All sales will be handled by the individual artist, with a 20% donation from each sale to the church. Paintings that are not for sale shall carry the legend “NFS” in place of the price. Work must be exhibited for duration of the show.

INVITATIONS

LIABILITY
Due care shall be used in handling the art work, but Northwest Hills United Methodist Church or the Austin
Pastel Society or its agents will not be liable for loss or damage.

AGREEMENT
Submission of a work of art to this exhibit shall constitute an agreement by all parties to all conditions of this
prospectus.

ARTIST REQUIREMENTS

ELIGIBILITY
Open to all paid members of the Austin Pastel Society

ENTRY FEE
$10.00 per artist for up to two art works.

lower left of the box. Fill out the registration form. You can pay online, if you wish.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

ORIGINALITY
All work presented for juried exhibits shall be the artist's original work and source material, which must be available upon request. Work produced under supervision is not eligible.
MEDIUM
Work must be 80% soft pastel. No oil pastel is allowed.
FRAMING
Framing should be done in a professional manner.  All frames should be sturdy and suitable to the size and weight of the work. Wire hangers only.
SIZE
Up to 30 inches in either direction.
SUBJECT
Representational art work, suitable for display in a church setting.
