SALES
All APS work will be for sale during the two-day Settings event. Buyers will receive an invoice from APS volunteers on site, and will pay the Settings volunteers. APS will not handle cash, checks or credit cards, but will track all sales and will reimburse its members directly. The artist’s compensation portion of the total price of each painting will be 70%; 30% will go to Settings and its beneficiaries.
LIABILITY
Due care shall be used in handling the art work, but neither Austin Setting, Austin Country Club nor the Austin Pastel Society or its agents will not be liable for loss or damage.
AGREEMENT
Submission of a work of art to this exhibit shall constitute an agreement by all parties to all conditions of this
prospectus.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
MEDIUM
Work must be 80% soft pastel. No oil pastel is allowed.
FRAMING
Framing should be done in a professional manner. All frames should be sturdy and suitable to the size and weight of the work. Wire hangers only.
SIZE
Up to 30 inches in either direction, including frame.
SUBJECT
Representational art work, suitable for public display.
